How to Invite a Lobby Bot to Your Fortnite Party

Inviting a hosted bot involves two separate places: the website manages the bot, while Fortnite manages your party. Start with your own player in a lobby and invite the bot from inside the game. Checking those two sides separately makes it easier to understand whether you are waiting for a connection, an invitation, or a party update.

Find the correct bot before sending anything

Open your bot panel and identify the bot assigned to the session you intend to use. Your website account, your Fortnite player, and the bot are different identities. A familiar nickname alone can be misleading if you have used several bots or recently changed an account. Compare the bot shown in your panel with the entry you are about to invite.

The bot connects automatically when it has active access and can start. You do not need to look for a large Connect button. Give the panel time to reflect the current session before treating a missing party member as an invitation problem. Starting a trial also starts its limited access period, so prepare your player beforehand.

Create the party from your player

Your real player should lead the party. This keeps the decisions you make in Fortnite, including choosing an activity and pressing Ready, with the account you are actually controlling. Invite the bot into that party rather than relying on the bot to organize a separate session for you.

  1. Sign in to Fortnite with the player account you want to use and return to its lobby.
  2. Create or organize a party with that player as its leader.
  3. Find the correct bot in Fortnite's social interface, using the normal friend and invitation flow available to your account.
  4. Send one invitation, then check whether the bot appears among the party members.
  5. Keep your player as leader and make your Ready and activity selections inside Fortnite.

Use the missing checkpoint to choose the next step

If the panel does not show a current connection, an invitation may have nobody available to receive it. Check that the trial or paid access is still active. If access is valid but the connection remains stuck, use the panel's Restart control once and wait for a new connection before inviting again.

If the bot is available but does not join, check the selected social entry, the party's invitation permissions, and any message Fortnite displays. Sending many invitations in quick succession makes the sequence harder to follow. Resolve one visible condition, then make one new attempt.

Confirm the invitation reached the intended party

Before moving on, compare the party member you see with the bot assigned in your panel and check that your player still leads. If you rebuilt the party during troubleshooting, an earlier invitation may refer to the previous arrangement. Use the current party list as your checkpoint. If Fortnite now reports a region issue, inspect the game's region settings and message; there is no region selector to adjust on the website.
