A First-Session Checklist for the 30-Minute Free Trial

A short trial is easier to assess when basic setup is already finished. The free trial lasts 30 minutes, so decide what you want to check before starting it: account association, the bot joining your party, and a small number of supported controls. A calm sequence gives you clearer evidence than trying every button while the timer is running.

Before starting the timer

Get your own player into Fortnite's lobby and open the website panel on the device you will use for controls. Check that the intended account is linked and that you can recognize the bot you are going to invite. If a console or computer needs an ordinary game update or sign-in step, complete it before beginning the timed session.

Keep the distinction between player and bot clear. Your real player should form and lead the party. The website manages the hosted bot, while invitations and your Ready selection belong inside Fortnite. You do not need to share passwords or tokens with other players to prepare this arrangement.

  • Player signed in and waiting in the Fortnite lobby.
  • Browser signed in to the correct website account.
  • Bot identity checked before sending an invitation.
  • One or two specific controls chosen for the trial.

Make connection and membership your first checkpoints

After starting the trial, let the bot connect automatically. There is no separate large Connect button to complete the routine. Check the current session information, then invite the bot from your player's party using Fortnite's social interface. Confirm its appearance in the party rather than assuming a website action alone added it.

If the bot has not connected, check the access information before resending invitations. If it is connected but not in your party, investigate the selected social entry and the game's invitation permissions. If a region warning appears, inspect Fortnite's region settings; a website region selector is not part of the setup.

Try one visible change and wait for its result

Choose a supported customization that is easy to recognize, apply it, and watch the bot in the lobby. Changing one item at a time lets you distinguish a pending update from the wrong selection. A saved choice and an observed appearance are different checkpoints, so do not judge the result solely by the selected tile in the browser.

Use Restart only when recovery is needed, and allow the bot to reconnect before trying the invitation again. Repeated restarts or duplicate commands can interrupt the very result you are trying to observe. Note any visible warning and the action that preceded it so a later report can describe a specific problem.

Read the ending confirmation carefully

Use the session's current access information to judge the remaining period. Closing a tab or switching devices should not be treated as pausing the trial. If you choose End trial, read the confirmation: ending early ends the trial session and gives up the remaining trial time. Do not select it merely to hide the panel.

Decide what the trial actually showed you

Assess whether setup and controls worked for you. The trial does not promise a bot-only match, a particular amount of experience, wins, or protection from game enforcement. Paid 24/7 availability, when access is active, is a separate access arrangement rather than a guarantee of any matchmaking outcome.
