What Cloud Hosting and 24/7 Bot Availability Mean

Cloud hosting means the bot's process runs on hosting infrastructure rather than inside your browser or Fortnite console. The website gives you controls and session information; your player still connects to Fortnite separately. Paid 24/7 availability applies while the relevant access remains active. Understanding those boundaries helps you distinguish an access issue from a disconnected bot or a missing party invitation.

Separate access, connection, and party membership

Access answers whether the account is currently entitled to use the bot. Connection describes whether the hosted bot is available in the game. Party membership describes whether that connected bot has joined your player's particular party. These are related conditions, but one is not proof of all three.

For example, active paid access does not mean the bot is already in a party you have just created. You still invite it in Fortnite, keeping your real player as leader. Conversely, an old browser view showing a party member does not prove that current access and connection are still valid. Check the latest session information when the evidence seems inconsistent.

Understand the role of the browser

You do not need to keep Fortnite running on the same device as the control panel. A console player can use a phone browser, and a PC player can use the panel alongside the game. The hosted process remains separate from both. Closing a browser tab is therefore different from deliberately stopping a bot or ending a trial.

That separation does not freeze an access period. The free trial lasts 30 minutes, and a hidden tab should not be treated as pausing its timer. If you intentionally choose End trial, read the confirmation because the remaining trial time and that trial session end. Use the service's current access information when you return to the panel.

Interpret 24/7 as availability within active access

Paid 24/7 access is intended for ongoing hosted availability while that access is active. It is not a promise that every connection will remain uninterrupted. Hosting maintenance, temporary service problems, account authorization issues, and game-side interruptions can affect a session. A current status check is more useful than assuming a paid bot cannot ever need recovery.

The bot connects automatically when its session can start. If it stays unavailable, first confirm that you are viewing the right bot and that its access is active. Then distinguish a stale browser view from an actual disconnected session. When recovery is needed, use Restart once and let the new connection settle before sending another party invitation.

Report an interruption with useful evidence

Record the approximate time, the visible status, and which checkpoint failed: access, connection, or party membership. Mention whether your real player could still use Fortnite normally and whether a restart changed the observation. Keep passwords, tokens, and authorization data out of screenshots or copied logs.

Finally, hosted availability describes access to a bot, not control over matchmaking results. It does not guarantee a particular opponent population, experience reward, or win. Assess the service through the bot's supported functions and observed session state rather than promises that hosting alone cannot establish.
